HELM provides non-medical, administrative, and life-management support.
Our services include scheduling, organizing, tech assistance, task coordination, and communication support.

HELM does NOT provide:

  • Medical care or medication administration

  • Lifting, bathing, dressing, feeding, or mobility support

  • Transportation in a personal vehicle

  • Financial advising or handling of client funds

  • Legal document preparation or legal advice

  • Emergency or crisis response

Our goal is to support your independence — not replace clinical care or licensed professional services.

Privacy & Confidentiality

HELM takes confidentiality seriously.
All personal, medical (non-clinical), and family information shared with us is kept private and secure.

We only share updates with family members or caregivers if the client grants written or verbal permission.

Client documents, notes, and schedules are stored securely and never shared without consent.

Boundaries & Conduct

To ensure a safe and professional environment for everyone:

Clients agree to:

  • Maintain respectful communication

  • Provide accurate information

  • Notify HELM of changes in needs or circumstances

  • Ensure the home environment is safe for visits

  • Restrain pets if necessary

  • Avoid inappropriate language or behavior

HELM reserves the right to discontinue services if safety or respect becomes a concern.
